Lost Packages and Shipping Damage
If your shipment was lost or arrived damaged, please reply to the original Order or Shipping Confirmation email you received and include the following details if applicable:
- The problem with the shipment or the item that was damaged
- The urgency of the resolution and any deadlines you have
- If damaged, any pictures you can provide showing the damage

. In most cases, we can pull up your order using your email address, but please also include:
- Order number and date
- Full name on the order
In most lost and damage situations, we will contact the shipping carrier directly for a prompt resolution, and will handle sending out a replacement within a couple business days, plus time in transit.
