Normal returns are for items that you no longer want, ordered by mistake, or changed your mind about. Items may be returned as long as they are still in new condition with all original components/packaging, and within 90 days of original delivery. To make it fast and easy, we provide free return labels on most orders (see restrictions below).

Free Return Restrictions

  • US domestic orders only
  • Items under 35 lbs (dimensional weight)
  • Refunds do not include any additional shipping paid originally (expedited, international, etc)

Restocking Fees

Most returns do not incur a restocking fee. However, if a return item is marred, dinged up, dirty, missing packaging, or was installed (partially or fully), there might be a restocking fee, which is handled on a case-by-case basis. Please do not return items in used condition.

Return Steps

To initiate a normal return, please reply to the original Order Confirmation or Shipping Confirmation email and indicate the reason you’d like to return. If you’re unable to find these emails, please send a message using the link below with the following details:

  • Item part number or description
  • Order number and date
  • Reason for return

For Marketplace Orders (eBay, Amazon)

If you purchased from Fredwarner1 on eBay or Amazon, please log into your eBay or Amazon account to start the return process. On eBay, go to your "Purchase History", and use the "Return this item" link for the transaction. On Amazon, go to "Your Orders" and find the "Return" link for the transaction. You will receive an RGA number and the proper return address label for quickest processing.
