If your shipment was lost or arrived damaged, please reply to the original Order or Shipping Confirmation email you received and include the following details if applicable:

  • The problem with the shipment or the item that was damaged
  • The urgency of the resolution and any deadlines you have
  • If damaged, any pictures you can provide showing the damage

If you can’t find your original Order or Shipping Confirmation email, you can send a message using the "Get in Touch" link below. In most cases, we can pull up your order using your email address, but please also include:

  • Order number and date
  • Full name on the order

In most lost and damage situations, we will contact the shipping carrier directly for a prompt resolution, and will handle sending out a replacement within a couple business days, plus time in transit.
