All new products come with a manufacturer's warranty guaranteeing them to be free of defects in workmanship and materials. We are an authorized distributor or dealer for every brand we carry, and will usually be your point of contact to resolve any warranty issues directly.
If you have encountered a defective item or need warranty coverage, please reply to the original Order or Shipping Confirmation email you received and include the following details:
- The problem with the item
- Any troubleshooting steps you have already taken
- The urgency of the resolution and any deadlines you have
- Any pictures you can provide showing the problem
If you can’t find your original Order or Shipping Confirmation email, you can send a message using the "Get in Touch" link below. In most cases, we can pull up your order using your email address, but please also include:
- Order number and date
- Full name on the order
Each manufacturer has a unique warranty policy, so we handle each warranty claim on a case-by-case basis and will help you through the full process. Some manufacturers will approve a replacement right away, while others will want the product back for warranty inspection. Each case can be different depending on the manufacturer and the defect encountered.
Some manufacturers, such as Sierra, also cover applicable labor costs associated with a warranty defect, provided the product was professionally installed and there is proper documentation available (work order, invoice). We do our best to work with your timeline requirements and the manufacturer to get a prompt resolution. You will never be responsible for additional shipping costs incurred by a defective product.
