If you're encountering problems or an error when attempting to place an order or use the website, please try these steps first to see if you can resolve it:
- If you have any plugins/extensions enabled for your browser, or an ad blocker, try temporarily disabling them.
- Try clearing your browser cache, closing your browser, and then reopening it.
- Try a different device to place the order. If on a computer or laptop, try restarting (rebooting) the computer.
- If you're having problems with the cart page or using the payment processor, try emptying your cart, logging out, and then re-adding the product(s) to your cart.
- Try using one of the other payment processors (PayPal Checkout or Amazon Pay).
- As a last resort, you can try clearing your browser cookies, though be careful since this will log you out of all websites, in addition to emptying your cart.
